What are the different levels of restrictions?

Parental Control has three levels of restrictions for users:

Adult	Full access to the Internet	Can change his own Account Settings but not Account Settings of others
Child	Limited access to the Internet	Cannot change Account Settings
Teen	More access than Child, but less than Adult	Can change his own Account Settings but not Account Settings of others
