What are the different levels of restrictions? Parental Control lets you determine computer and Internet access limits for each individual Windows User account. Parental Control has three levels of access: Unrestricted | Full access to the Internet | Can change anyone's settings. Has global control over all accounts on a computer. | Child | Limited access to the Internet | Cannot change Account Settings | Teen | More access than Child, but less than Adult | Can change his own Account Settings but not Account Settings of others |
