Internet Explorer - Using the Home Button

NetZero

In your Web browser, your Home Page is the first page that comes up when you open the browser. For NetZero users, your Home Page is automatically set to my.netzero.net.

While you cannot change your Home Page with NetZero, you can change the location that clicking the Home button takes you. To set your browser's Home button, follow these steps:

In Internet Explorer:

  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
  2. Select the General tab and look for the Home page section.
  3. Type in the URL or Web address of the site you would like to set as your browser's Home

    For example, my.netzero.net

  4. Click OK to save and exit.

For a walkthrough on how to set up your Home Page button in Internet Explorer, click on the menus and buttons indicated by the demonstration below.

When you log onto NetZero, your browser will be automatically opened to your personalized My NetZero Page. Log in to My NetZero to view your personal stocks, news, weather, and more! Set My NetZero as your Home page for a convenient place to access all of your favorite accounts and services through NetZero Channels.

Remember, once your Web browser is open, you can get to the Home page you have set in your browser by clicking on the Home button in your browser tool bar at the top of the window.
