Download a Copy of the NetZero Software (Current Members)

1. Go to http://my.netzero.net/s/download. If you are not already signed in, you will be asked for your Member ID and password.

Note: If you are not already a NetZero member, click the SIGN UP NOW link. If you forgot your password, click on the link next to Forgot your password?

2. Click the Download Now link for the software you'd like to begin your NetZero download.

Note: NetZero Free and Platinum members will see NetZero Dial-up Access Software. NetZero HiSpeed 3G members will see NetZero Accelerated Dial-Up Access Software.

3. Click on the Save or Run button when the download window opens. If you click Save, please be sure to write down the location to which this file is saved. If you click Run, the installation process will begin. Click here to learn more about installing your NetZero software.

Note: NetZero Free and Platinum members will see NetZeroSetup.exe. NetZero HiSpeed 3G members will see NetZeroHSSetup.exe.
