Using the ZeroPort

If you have signed up for NetZero Platinum service, click here for instructions using the NetZero Platinum Toolbar.

Welcome to version 6.0 of the ZeroPort! We've redesigned the interface to make it sleeker and even more user-friendly than before, while making sure that it continues to take up the smallest area possible.

The information below will outline the use of the new ZeroPort and cover its new features.

Docked Mode

We designed the new ZeroPort to be as unobtrusive as possible. Due to its smaller size, we have found that it fits best while docked either at the top or the bottom of the screen. To change between these two modes, you can click on the Up or Down arrows next to the X button on the ZeroPort. The up arrow will dock the ZeroPort to the top of the screen, while the down arrow will dock it to the bottom. The ZeroPort will always remember the last place you docked it each time you log off.

Please remember that the ZeroPort is a fundamental feature of NetZero, and it cannot be minimized, moved off-screen or placed in the background while you are connected.

Note: In order for you to successfully dock the ZeroPort, your computer's display settings must be set to at least 800x600 pixels. For instructions on how to change your display settings, please click here.

My Ticker
