Files and Documents

If you receive a text file as an attachment, it will appear next to Sent field. These attachments appear with an icon representing the file type: general attachment file, .zip file, .pdf file, .ppt file, .doc file, .xls file, and general sound file. When opened, these files appear in a separate window through their corresponding application.

1. Login in to NetZero Message Center by visiting webmail.netzero.net.
2. Go to your Inbox and open the mail, with the attachment.

To Open an Attachment:

• To open a File or Document attachment, click the respective file link to open the file.
• Click Download Attachments to continue.
• Click Open in the File download - Security Warning window. The file will open in a separate window.
• Click the Close (X) button at the top of the screen to close the file.

To Save the Attachment:

• Open the attachment by clicking the respective file link to open the file.
• Click Download Attachments to continue.
• Click Save in the File download - Security Warning window.
• Select an appropriate location on your hard drive or disk and click Save.
