NetZero phone services will be ending

We regret to inform you that as of March 31, 2016, NetZero phone services will no longer be supported. You should have received an email informing you when you will be receiving your last NetZero phone service bill. Your phone service will end one month from your final billing date.

The phone you have been using with the NetZero phone service is compatible with service providers on the Sprint network that allow you to bring your own device. For example, here’s a link to help you transition your phone service to Sprint:

In order to keep your current phone number, you will need to signup for service with another service provider and request that the number be transferred and activated with your new provider before service is disconnected with NetZero. Otherwise, you will no longer be able to keep the number.
