Member ID or Password Incorrect
When you’re unable to login, it means that the Member ID and Password combination submitted does not match our records and either the Member ID or Password was entered incorrectly.
Entering your Member ID
All NetZero customers are assigned a NetZero email address. Your Member ID is everything to the left of the @ symbol in your NetZero email address. For example, the Member ID for johnsmith@netzero.com is johnsmith.
Some web browsers allow you save time by automatically entering the Member ID after typing in the first few characters. When entering your Member ID, make sure to type it in completely.
Entering your Password
Be sure to enter your password all in lower case. If your password is not working, please check to see that your Caps Lock key is not active.
