Install Norton™ 360 Deluxe
You’ll need a copy of the Norton™ 360 Online software and your activation PIN before you install.

    Installing Norton™ 360 Deluxe using NetZero:
  1. Remove any other antivirus or firewall programs you may have on your computer:
    • Windows Xp /Vista / 7:


      • Click the Windows Start button and then click Control Panel.
      • Click on Add/Remove programs. [In Windows Vista or Windows 7, click Uninstall a Program.]
      • Click any other antivirus or firewall program that you want to remove, and then click Remove or Uninstall.
      • Click Remove All to confirm that you want to uninstall the product.
      • Click Restart Windows Now (Recommended), and then click Finish.
    • Windows 8:


      • Press the Winkey and C simultaneously to go to Charms bar.
      • Select the Settings charm from the Charms bar.
      • Click on Control panel.
      • Click on Programs and select Programs and Features.
      • Click any other antivirus or firewall program that you want to remove, and then click on Uninstall/Change.
      • Click Remove All to confirm that you want to uninstall the product.
      • Click Restart Windows Now (Recommended), and then click Finish.
    • Windows 10:


      • Click the Windows Start button.
      • Click on Settings.
      • Click on Install Apps.
      • Click any other antivirus or firewall program that you want to remove, and then click Uninstall.
      • Click on Uninstall again when asked to confirm.
      • Click Restart Windows Now (Recommended), and then click Finish.
  2. Insert the Norton 360™ Online CD into your computer’s CD-ROM drive and follow the on-screen instructions (if you are installing from a download, double-click the file you downloaded to begin the installation process).
  3. Open your NetZero Account on the device you wish to protect and click here.
  4. In the Get Software page, under “NortonLifeLock™ Software”, click the “DOWNLOAD” button.
  5. This will take you to the Norton Website wherein you will be prompted to create a new “Norton LifeLock” account or Sign in using your existent “NortonLifeLock” account.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to initiate the download process.
      7. Type in your PIN when prompted to Activate the product.
