Install Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Advantage

• You’ll need a copy of the Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Advantage software and your activation PIN before you install.

• If you can’t find your PIN, click here.

• 1. Installing Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Advantage using NetZero:
     • 1. Removal of other antivirus or firewall programs: If you want to install Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Advantage on your computer, you need to remove any other antivirus or firewall programs you may have on your computer:
          • Windows 8:
            • Press the Winkey and C simultaneously to go to Charms bar.
            • Select the Settings charm from the Charms bar.
            • Click on Control panel.
            • Click on Programs and select Programs and Features.
            • Click any other antivirus or firewall program that you want to remove, and then click on Uninstall/Change.
            • Click Remove All to confirm that you want to uninstall the product.
            • Click Restart Windows Now (Recommended), and then click Finish.
          • Windows 10:
            • Click the Windows Start button.
            • Click on Settings.
            • Click on Install Apps.
            • Click any other antivirus or firewall program that you want to remove, and then click Uninstall.
            • Click on Uninstall again when asked to confirm.
            • Click Restart Windows Now (Recommended), and then click Finish.
       2. Open your NetZero Account on the device you wish to protect and click here.
       3. In the Get Software page, under “NortonLifeLock™ Software”, click the “DOWNLOAD” button.
       4. This will take you to the Norton Website wherein you will be prompted to create a new “Norton LifeLock” account or Sign in using your existent “NortonLifeLock” account.
       5. Follow the onscreen instructions to initiate the download process.
       6. Type in your PIN when prompted to Activate the product.
• Installing Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Advantage using the Welcome E-mail:
  • Once you have successfully purchased your Norton 360 with LifeLock™ Advantage product, you will receive a Welcome email from NetZero with the subject line “Welcome to Online Peace of Mind”. You will need to download and install the Norton 360 with LifeLock™ Advantage software in the device in order to protect it.
  • In order to download the Norton 360 with LifeLock™ Advantage production on the device you wish to install, please follow the steps listed below –
  • 1. Open the “Welcome Email” on the device you wish to protect and install the software.
    2. In the email, please choose the current device type in order to install the Norton 360 with LifeLock™ Advantage software for that device.
    3. Clicking on the link, will take you to the Norton Website wherein you will be prompted to create a new “Norton LifeLock” account or Sign in using your existent “NortonLifeLock” account.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to initiate the download process.
