If you having trouble with the Toolbar's functionality after updating NetZero HiSpeed, there are several steps to try to troubleshoot the issue: * = If applicable
A. Download a new copy of NetZero HiSpeed, uninstall, and reinstall - Download a new copy of the NetZero HiSpeed software by clicking here.
Make sure you download OPTION 2. This download contains everything you need to get online and enjoy high-speed surfing over your dial-up connection. - Uninstall your current version of the software.
- Re-install the new copy of our software you just downloaded.

B. Restore your default browser settings (Internet Explorer users) Sometimes your browser settings may have been altered, preventing pages from appearing correctly. Setting your browser settings to their default may fix this problem. Internet Explorer 7.x: - Open Internet Explorer.
- Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Click the Reset all Defaults button under Internet Explorer Default Settings section.
- Click Reset all Defaults again in the Internet Explorer Default Settings window.
Note: Click OK in the Internet Explorer window suggesting you to close all the open windows or programs. Please make sure that you save all your work in the other programs and close them before you attempt to reset your default settings. - Click Close.
- Click OK and restart your Internet Explorer for the changes to be applicable.
Internet Explorer 5.x and 6.x: - Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Click the Restore Defaults button
- Click OK.
C. Adjust your Image Quality setting to Faster Page Loads If NetZero HiSpeed is set to show images at their highest quality settings, you may notice your toolbar's display stuck at 100%. To fix this issue, try moving the image quality setting more towards "Faster Page Loads." For instructions on how to adjust your image quality settings, click here.
