Delete the Temporary Internet Files

  1. Click on the Windows Start button.
  2. Point to Settings and click on Control Panel.
  1. Double-click the Internet Options icon.
  1. Under Temporary Internet Files, click on the Delete Files button.
  1. When asked to confirm, click OK.
