I switched to NetZero DSL from a different DSL provider, and can no longer connect to the Internet. If you've recently switched to NetZero DSL from a different provider, you must use the DSL modem that came with your NetZero DSL Broadband Installation kit. Our service does not support other modems. You should also check to be sure your NetZero DSL service has been activated. Log on to your account at https://account.netzero.net/s/account and click on Track the status of your DSL order to confirm your Service Ready date.
