Important Announcement About Your Email Account Email Activity Policy Your free email account must be checked at least once every sixty days (or 1 year if previously a paid member) in order to be considered active. If you were previously a paid member and are now a Free user, your email account will become inactive after one year of no activity. If your email account becomes inactive, you will not be able to receive new email and email stored in your account will be deleted. Mail that you have already stored on your computer will not be affected. To reactivate your email account, simply check your email. Any of your email messages that were previously deleted cannot be recovered. This change will not affect your ability to connect to the Internet with your NetZero account. Please note: if you connect to the Internet using NetZero, but do not check your NetZero email account for sixty days, your email account will become inactive. Storage and attachment size The storage size on your free email account will be 1 GB. Mail that you have stored on your computer will not count towards this limit. Maximum incoming and outgoing total message size that you send is upto 10 MB inclduing attachment. Once your mailbox reaches the 1 GB storage limit, you will still be able to send messages, however you will not be able to receive new messages. NetZero Platinum email accounts are not affected by these policy changes. If you have any questions, please visit our online help site at http://www.netzero.net/support/index.html.
