How do I change the Record/Play settings for Video Mail? The Record/Play settings for Video Mail are automatically set to either Dial-Up or Broadband, depending on your connection type. Dial-Up settings optimize the Video Mail for low-speed connection by reducing screen size, lowering resolution, and in the case of recording, decreasing the frame rate (how smoothly the video plays). To change either the record or play settings, simply click on the Video Quality button in the lower right of the video player. Select the level of Video Quality you desire. To save your choice, check the box next to Keep as my default quality. Click OK to save your setting. You can change your settings at any time.
