    > How do I check the delivery status of my order?

    If you want to check on the shipment status of your recent order, click here to login to your NetZero email account. Your shipment confirmation email provides the tracking number for your order.

    Customers normally receive their orders within 3-5 business days. If your item has not been delivered after 5 business days, click here to contact customer service.

    > How do I check my NetZero E-mail?

    All NetZero members have a free E-mail account included with their service. The most convenient way to access your NetZero E-mail account is by logging into http://webmail.netzero.net. Simply enter your NetZero MemberID and Password. Your NetZero E-mail can be checked using a computer or devices that can access the Internet through a web browser.

    > How do I update my billing/payment information?

    If you wish to change your method of payment or payment information for your NetZero account, you can do so conveniently online. Click here to log in to your Account page, then click on ‘Account Management’ and ‘Update Account Info’.
    > What payment options are available?

    We accept credit cards that have the VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover logos.
    At this time, we do not accept checks, money orders, or payment via electronic checks.
    > What do I do if my bank or account number changes?

    If you are changing banks, or your account number changes, you must change your payment method on the My Account pages. Once you have successfully logged into the My Account pages with your user name and password, click on the ‘Change Your Payment Information’ link to see which modes of payment are available to you. If you don’t update this information, your service may be suspended.

    My NetZero is your personalized Start Page. With My NetZero, you get:

    To set your My NetZero Start Page as your default homepage, just follow these steps for your preferred browser:

    Internet Explorer:

    1. Visit the NetZero Start Page.
    2. Select Tools > Internet Options.
    3. Under the General tab Select Use Current and click OK.

    This will allow your browser to open with the NetZero Start Page as your Home page.

    Chrome:

    1. Visit the NetZero Start Page.
    2. Select Settings settings (right side of the browser).
    3. Select the radio button next to “Open a specific page or set of pages” under On startup
    4. Click Set Pages next to “Open a specific page or set of pages.”
    5. From the Startup pages, select Use current pages and verify that NetZero is selected.
    6. Click OK.

    This will allow your browser to open with the NetZero Start Page as your Home page.

    Firefox:

    1. Visit the NetZero Start Page.
    2. Select Tools > Options.
    3. Under the General tab Select Use Current Page and click OK.

    This will allow your browser to open with the NetZero Start Page as your Home page.
