Can I access Family Pack over any Internet connection? Yes, you may access NetZero Premium Content over any Internet connection. You must login to the service using your NetZero member ID and password. If you do not have Internet access, click here to create an account.
How do I access the content once I have paid for it? If you are a Family Pack subscriber, you can access Family Pack via the links on your start page and the account page. You may also go to http://www.netzero.net/content and log in using your NetZero member ID and password.
