How do I change my contact and/or Billing information? To change either your billing or contact information, you'll need to log-in to the My Account page. Once there, select the option Update my Address. This page lets you view or update your billing and contact address we have on record for you. To change your current Billing Address, click on the Change Billing Address button. To change your current Contact Address, click on the Change Contact Address button. - Change Billing Address
On this screen, you can change the name appearing on your credit card, as well as your street address, city, state/province, ZIP/Postal code, country and phone number in the text boxes. Make sure to type the Phone number without any spaces, dashes, or parentheses (ie: 8055551212) Note: The name and address that you enter on this screen must match the information printed in your monthly statement for the credit card that you provided. When you are finished making changes, click on the Submit button. To clear your data and start over, click on the Reset button. - Change Contact Address
