I am unable to access password-protected web sites.

If you are unable to access password-protected sites, the problem is often because of any of the following reasons.

  1. Confirm that you are entering your ID and password information correctly,
  2. A temporary error with the Web site server.
  3. Firewall settings may not allow you to visit that site
