What's New in Version 7 of the NetZero software?

With Version 7, we've redesigned the look and feel of the traditional ZeroPort and Platinum Toolbar and made it more user-friendly than ever before!

A. New Look and Feel

One of the first things you'll notice about Version 7 is its brighter and sleeker look and feel. Saving money on Internet access has never looked better!

B. New Setup Screens

C. The Platinum Companion / ZeroPort

For Platinum members, Version 7 marks the return of the "floating toolbar" known as the Platinum Companion. You can place the Companion anywhere on the screen, or minimize it if you choose.

Members who prefer to see their Toolbar docked can switch to the traditional "docked mode," which places the Companion at the top or bottom of the screen.

D. The ZeroBar

Included with Version 7 is the ZeroBar, a toolbar added to Internet Explorer. The ZeroBar has convenient shortcuts, such as quick links to NetZero Email on the Web, our Search tool, Autos, and our Channels.

E. System Tray Icon

Version 7 also adds a system tray icon for quick access to NetZero and some of its settings.
