Why was my account sent to Collections?
Accounts are sent to collections due to non-payment. This normally occurs due to several months of payment failures on an account where we are unable to collect payment on your credit card. While we do send automatic notification about payment declines, non-payment of the account dues for prolonged period will lead to Collections.
