Mobile Email
Mobile Email enables you to access your NetZero email on a cell phone with Internet connection capability. Simply use your existing Member ID and password to sign in at http://m.netzero.com on your cell phone.
Note: Mobile Email requires a phone with Internet connection capability and a service plan that supports Internet browsing. Check with your cell phone service provider to find out if your plan supports Internet access and if it incurs any extra fees or charges.
If you are a current Message Center user and you have a cell phone with Internet connection capability, you already have Mobile Email. You don’t have to register for any special service or worry about extra charges from NetZero. Simply connect to the Internet on your cell phone, then visit http://m.netzero.com and sign in with your existing Member ID and password.
Note: Mobile Email requires a phone with Internet connection capability and a service plan that supports Internet browsing. Check with your cell phone service provider to find out if your plan supports Internet access and if it incurs any extra fees or charges.

Note: Some cell phones may not be able to open or save pictures attached to email messages. Please consult your phone’s user manual or contact your cell phone service provider for more information regarding your phone’s capabilities.
Your Message Center service is completely synched up between your computer and your cell phone, and anything you do on one will appear on the other. If you receive or send a message, create a folder, delete a message, add or remove a contact, or empty your Trash using your cell phone or your computer, the changes will be reflected on both devices.
Mobile Email is as safe as using the regular Message Center service. However, it is always possible to get spam, viruses or spyware on any email system in the world. We recommend that you continue to use the same caution when dealing with unknown or suspicious messages when using your phone as you do on your computer.
A good rule of thumb is to never open messages from someone you don’t know or with a suspicious subject line.
