Organizing Your Email
- Sender: Use the From: field to search for messages from a specific person.
- Recipient: Use the To: field if you know the email address to which the message you are looking for, was sent.
- Subject: Use this field if you know the subject line or some words in subject line of the email you are looking for.
Sort & Delete Settings are a set of rules you can use to organize your incoming email into different folders. They are only available for NetZero HiSpeed, Platinum, and NetZero MegaMail members.

To edit a Sort & Delete Setting:
1. Click the Options and select Messages.
T2. he Messages screen will appear. Scroll down to see Sorting and Deleting Section.
3. Click the Sort & Delete Setting you want to edit, and click Edit.
4. The Edit Sort & Delete Setting screen will appear with the Sort & Delete Setting information filled in. You can change any of the various dropdown menus and text boxes as needed. For details on Sort & Delete Setting conditions and actions, click here.
5. When you are finished making changes, click the Save button. To cancel your changes, click Cancel.

To delete your Sort & Delete Settings:
1. Click the Options and select Messages.
2. The Messages screen will appear. Scroll down to see Sorting and Deleting Section.
3. Click the Sort & Delete Setting you want to delete, and click Delete.
4. A popup window will appear asking if you want to permanently delete the selected Sort & Delete Setting. If you are sure, click OK, or click Cancel to cancel.
5. If you click OK, your selected Sort & Delete Setting will be erased or if you choose to keep the selected Sort & Delete Setting, click Cancel.
6. Click Save to save changes.

Message Center includes a built-in search function that will let you search for messages in your mailbox by typing a keyword in the Search box, located beneath the Compose New button.
If you are unable to locate the email for which you are searching, or if the search does not bring up any results, you can conduct a more specific search by clicking on Advanced Search, located beneath the top menu bar.
There are several options by which you can search very precisely:
You can use the Folder and Time Period options to help refine the search.
Once you’re ready, click Search.
