Receiving and Reading Email

How do I get new email?

The easiest way to access your NetZero email is by using Message Center. This Web-based email option lets you access your mail from around the world! Whether you’re at work, at home, on vacation, or anywhere else with an Internet-connected computer, your email address is the same and your account is always accessible.

By using Message Center, you can read and write email messages directly from your mailbox without having to use a separate email program. Just remember that your mailbox will fill up over time, so be sure to delete unwanted messages.

If you are a Premium service member, you can also use a dedicated email program such as Outlook Express to check your NetZero email. This lets you download messages directly to your computer, thus freeing up space in your mailbox. You can also read and write messages without having to be connected to the Internet when you use this method.
